About DRAC

Our Motto:  "To boldly go where everyone has gone before..." Our Mission: "We are committed to assuring and enhancing the rights of all people with disabilities."

MISSION STATEMENT: The Disabled Rights Action Committee (DRAC) works to establish equal rights for people with disabilities through enforcement of federal and state laws, including the 1990 Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA), and advocates for legislative and other measures to improve these rights, including care and treatment, housing and accessibility. Read more about DRAC here to find out how you can get involved, and get to know our Board of Directors here. WHO WE ARE: We are a statewide non-profit organization formed in 1991.  We are persons with disabilities and non-disabled allies - community activists, neighbors, concerned citizens, family and friends - who are committed to achieving DRAC's mission. ADAPT/Utah was formed as a partner with ADAPT National in 1983.
