Many of you are aware of our founder Barbara Toomer's passing in April of 2018. It was unexpected and she left peacefully surrounded by her family. The Disabled Rights Action Committee strongly supports proposition 3, full Medicaid Expansion, which will be on the ballot this November. Proposition 3 is a citizen’s initiative which, when passed will provide access to Medicaid coverage for individuals earning less than $17,000 per year, or parents earning less than $34,000 per year for a family of four. Join ADAPT/Utah's funds raising efforts for the National DISABILITY INTEGRATION ACT NOW! campaign and other issues surrounding disability rights.
